It is therefore proposed that the new MAT be comprised of a representation of this arrangement. A Principal and an Alternate should be nominated from the respective Ministries to form the new MAT. The Alternate must be a representative from another Ministry that is encompassed under a specific planning area. The Archdiocesan governance arrangement indicates that the MAT is responsible for the execution of all parish plans in partnership with the Parish Priest. MAT is expected to meet weekly and manage the day-to-day activities of Parish Ministries. The Members of La Divina Pastora R.C, Ministry Animation Team are Fr.
